Yep, it sure would have, if it was in the condition that the smashed Toyota was.
As stated MINOR repairs, a simple brake job, oil service, something like that all ok, no problems with me, or by enforcement personnel.
Makes no difference for any year, make, or model.
Behind closed in, fenced off, blocked off, fencing where nobody can see what's going on, should be acceptable
That should be a reason for people to look for property, houses, where your pursuit of happiness won't infringe on others.
