I had to go to a buddies house and weld up some stuff on his Duster. Rushed home to see the race, took a minute to figure out they were showing last years! By the looks of the radar sure does not look good for racing. Reckon I will watch a movie instead.

We have been watching West Wing on Netflicks. Never watched the show when it was on regular tv. Now we turn it on and watch 4 or 5 episodes. Watched until after midnight last night.

Filet mignon on the grill, baked tater and yeast rolls just come out the oven. Caesar salad ready. Gonna be a nice meal this evening.

Figured since it was 70 degrees and calm wind, I had to grill..

nah, the teams have multiple haulers and cars, they’ll simply fly the teams and drivers to Vegas and catch up with their haulers there. That said, nascars policy is that if a race can’t be ran by Tuesday of that week, it gets rescheduled for an off weekend, possibly Mother’s Day weekend or they may make it the season ending race. Would be interesting to see how that works out. Happened once before for the Pepsi 400, back in the 90s during the Florida wildfires near Daytona, It ended up being ran in October

NASCAR sucks these days anyway. I used to watch every lap of every race. Now I maybe watch 2-3 races on the year, maybe the last 30 minutes
