Hey guys, I need a cam tunnel plug for my current build. Just thought maybe someone might have an extra lying around they’d part with. I know RockAuto has them but they make you buy 10 at a time. And eBay prices are ridiculous. PM if you got an extra. Thanks!

Which style do you need, there is two different ones for a small block.
One has a flange and one does not. I pretty sure I have an extra one with the flange.

Just got off the phone with NAPA - no go. They’re worthless. I gave them the Dorman part number and he couldn’t find it. Told him to try searching by size in his book; couldn’t find it.....

Yeah, this is the biggest problem- asking a sixteen year old counter jockey to use a parts BOOK, or cross-reference a part number and use some deductive reasoning... not much help, I know; I'm just venting. GO to the parts store, look for the oldest guy there, and hope for the best. (I still have some older NAPA/Echlin parts books- you used to be able to buy them yourself; might be worth checking into) If you have the part number you should be able to check status/order it online; more than once I've had an "unavailable" part turn out to be in stock locally. End of old man rant.

So true, my local NAPA only has older guys, they had points in stock for my 1948 willys flathead.
