1970 Dart starting issues- key will not crank now

I do have a multi meter and a test light. I will check this stuff over first and see if I get lucky.

Also, when I do turn the key over I can see my volt gauge drop. Nothing happens no cranking etc but I can see the drop in voltage on my gauge.
