super stock springs ID

A friend of mine came across a set of what he thinks are an older pair of super stock springs.
The part numbers are 3690270/3690269. He asked me to see if i can find out information on
them. I have searched online and cannot find any information on them. I am hoping you guys can help. Thanks Jim
