I found the Petty Blue paint!
That is an incorrect name for 1972 B-3. B-3 was called "Basin Street Blue" on a '72 Plymouth. B-3 was always "Blue Streak" on '72 Dodges. (I edited this post, removing all references to '73 cars. The names may have been changed in '73).
