HP Tuners now supports JTEC PCMs

I'm running the factory JTEK ECM reflashed with a remote tune via an SCT Tuner. It took about 3 programing sessions to dial my 408 Magnum in. It does have a pretty decent cam in it too (246 @ .050 In & 252 @ .050 Ex on 108 LSA)

I had a local shop dyno test the car while measuring the A/F ratios, and it spun out 500 ft lbs of torque & 382 hp at the rear wheels with nearly ideal A/F ratios. It was nice to see the tune was so close.

I used a Hotwire Auto Hot Rod harness to hook it up, so it was very much plug & play taking only 4 wires to be up and running.

Some day in future, I was thinking of lowering my compression, upgrading my reciprocating assembly and adding a single turbo to the car. I'm thinking of using the smaller Holley computer to add more tuning features at that time.

That sounds like a great package. And I bet it’s fun to drive. If this hp tuners MPV12 tuning solution is the real deal you will have all the tuning options available through the stock ecu. I use HP tuners on my daily driver Silverado and there is nothing you can’t do. So what that means is stock jtec ecu, stock harness, (which is really only 4 or 5 wire hookup once you ditch the stuff you don’t need), stock sensors, and complete control of everything you could ever want to do tuning wise. I already emailed them for pricing and availability and I hope to have one soon.
