Rain just changed over to southern cement in se Virginia. Even my resident cardinals hiding in azaleas are not happy. This stuff needs to stay north & in mountains where it belongs. LOL

We've got about the same thing here in Asheville, as what you have in your pic. It's been snowing like a S.O.B. but it will be gone tomorrow.

Don’t want sympathy from anyone that lives in an area that usually gets snow. Your choice. Mine is to live in the south were classics can usually be driven all yr. Snow is rare and hated and unfortunately happening now but will be in 60’s by Sunday. LOL

I hope you all get buried in snow. LOL :D
Blame it on global warming. LOL

Like I always say, telling me your weather is worse doesn’t make me feel better about mine.

Yall aint in the south. Send some down this way.

We don’t need that crap down here. Once every 5years is bad enough. I get an unpaid day off, unless I’m on call then it’s 5mph all the way there. Wherever there is.

Keep it down there, supposed to be sunny here the next three days....

be sure to take some pictures when it starts to snow

You are right. We folks in the South are not fans of ice and snow. And deep down, quite a few of you folks from up North feel the same.

The proof? I meet way too many folks from the North that have moved or retired in Texas. However, I don’t know anyone that willingly moved from Texas to the North for any reason.

I am unless the mason dixon has moved.lol

Well, Atlanta is NORTH of us so when we say "SOUTH" Virginia don't come to mind. lol But yeah as far as the Mason Dixon line goes....

LOL, well I live just 5 miles north of the Mason-Dixon Line but I have never considered myself a Yankee. I grew up on farm in Virginia and spoke with a southern accent up until I was 8 years old...and I still own a house in Memphis from when I lived there 10 years ago.

Southern or not, it’s who I am. :D

I just heard on the local news, they are expecting 5-6 feet in Virginia. LOL or was that 5-6 inches.
It doesn't matter the cities will be crippled .LOL

Strange thing is, when most people retire they move South where it's warmer.

In about a year, we will be moving farther north. From Colorado to South Central Oregon. More snow and longer winter's. Are we crazy or what? But beautiful area, lots of great hunting and fishing, and hardly any people or traffic.

A massive 5 inches fell. Organic market where I work p/t told us not to come in today or tomorrow and I have 24 chilly willies ready for deployment down my throat. Life is good. LOL
