Minnesota to Florida Winter Retreat
Can come and go as I please. Own the Trailer on it's own double lot and chain link fenced for security when I am gone, good neighbors watching things over for me too when away.
Try to help out in the neighborhood while I am there, to make it better for all that live there, and to help so that things don't get run down.
There is no perfect senario, but this works for me and it is affordable. Was a 10 year plan trying to come up with a property in the South as a Winter Retreat. Happens to be the East Coast of Florida, below the freeze line in the state . . like that part !
There have been a unique series of events that came together as I had my eye on the 10 year plan looking for a property that would work for me. Sure enough when the opportunity came up, it was a no brainer and was time to pull the trigger and make it all happen.
I am glad I did not wait any longer to act.
