I am sure this has been answered before but I can't find anything solid...
1968 Dart 4 door, 3 of the 4 doors have varying levels of how much the door sticks closed. The best door opens and closes like new, and the door handle button sticks depressed on the worst door and wont pop out unless you give the door a good whack.
Question: Can I just re-grease the inside part of the latch? If so, how?
Or do I need to buy a whole set of new latches?

PS. the area around the strikers do not appear to be cracked/broken/bent so I am pretty sure its not the common broken striker problem

Can spray WD-40 into the door handle buttons, work them many times, and blow them out with compressed air. That should free those up. Same with the latch mechanism.

Over time the doors usually sag. You can bend them back up with a long pry bar and some 2 x 4s being careful not to bend your outer door skin or the rocker panel with the pry bar action. Do your lifting at the back edge of the door next to the quarter panel.

If you get the doors lined up properly they will not stick when you are trying to open them.

Take a check on the door hinge pins to make sure they are not totally wore out.

Have you ever changed your hinge pins? These are a wearable item and should be replaced first before adjustments are made.

On the latch rod that goes from the outside door handle to the latch that rod should be adjustable. open the door and look above the latch there should be a hole in the door about 5/16", might have a plastic plug in it. Behind that plug is a allen bolt. You will have to remove the door panel to get to the rod loosen the allen bolt and take the play out of the rod.

The Dart has been mainly parked while I worked on it so now that I'm using it more, these little issues are coming up. I hadn't considered to take a look at the hinge pins. I will start with taking a look at that and spraying wd40 where I can.
Thank you for the advice

I'll bet you find them to be worn, causing alignment issues. Inexpensive to replace.
