DEMON IS READY FOR PAINT

Better roll in a second air compressor (beg borrow or steal) and Tee it into your existing compressor so you can get more air volume. Single stage paint takes more air to atomize it than the newer basecoat clearcoat colors.

Lots of problems come along from not having good enough air supply. More heat, more moisture in the air line dripping out at your gun, oil comes through from the air compressor when it gets hot too. Fisheyes from water and oil in your air supply . . .

5 hp 220 volt, 2 stage pump on a 60 gallon minimum air tank. This is a baseline air compressor you should be using for spray painting cars.

Could even rent one from your local rent-a-center just for the spray job.

Good luck . . .
