Close, there the 1.6 off set.
Where's all the W5 stuff?? I figured that would be on the stand and ready to go. Keep us posted on that build please.
Keep you posted? OK.
I have been detoured. Trying to finish this first project first. I have 2 more 340 blocks to sonic check. Then I’ll sell one of the four. Roll cash over into stroker kit.

So you are at least as far behind as I am!!!

Finally making some progress, Mike said my kit needed .100-.110 offset, working on the first shaft now.

Fun grinding on your expensive shafts isn’t it.

Loads of fun. :D

Had to play with my setup a couple of times to get the shaft rigid in the mill, about 20 adjustments to get everything square, plus a new end mill.

Besides that it's been a blast.

Not lucky enough to have a mill. I did mine freehand with this

To fix my rocker geometry issue i ended up milling off the rocker stands and used billet offset rocker stands from Angelucci Mfg.

Mopar W2 / W5 Rocker Stands

It seems that they want to be raised and further back to get the geometry correct. Just watch the pushrod clearance when you're done.

That's interesting info, the site lists the offset as .100, but I was under the impression that w2/w5 offset was more like .180.

Can anyone clarify?

Another .080” and I think you’d run out of shaft to cut.

I do like the idea of those blocks though.

Looking at my own pics, that's pretty obvious now that you mention it. It's weird, Harland Sharp and Mancini both list the offset as .180.

I need to measure my shafts. But I think .100 is what they are. IIRC, the W2/5 stuff had the bolts moved away from the valves to start with. Then you add the .100 in the shafts and stands and you get the .180.
