Good question, most of the time people give them away! I would not go more than $50. Odessa Cly Heads has a rebuilt unleaded head for $400 not talking shipping. So if you went 50, you would have 350 left for the machine shop. They usually need guides and half the exhaust valves. If you surface it there is another $75-100 to get a little more compression. Thank you, he just said he would take $50 for the head and he has a pushbutton 904 which was used in a race car which he will sell to me for a very low price. It is a 4 hour drive into Pennsylvania for me, but how can I resist?
