Sounds like it. Neighbor is "tired of his job" (mostly his boss) which was news to me. He sounds like his son would get busy part time in the truck until things firm up, he would learn as we go and maybe get an excavator, etc to tag along. "It's a whole new world" for all three of em. I know nothing of any of this business, first hand.
