Signs have been out here in Stevens County for at least 3 weeks about the Spring Weight Restrictions....Can always tell when WADOT thinks winter is over. Few days ago was heading to Spokane on Highway 2, out in the "West Plains" area. 2 truckers had the road all jacked up. They were going to use Waukon to get out to 90 (no scales so most truckers use Waukon instead of 231). There was a WSP car just south of the signs. First truck did not see the sign/car and was in the process of backing off of Waukon back onto Highway 2. Traffic in both directions was stopped because of these 2 *** clowns. Both trucks were critter haulers with Canadian plates...
