Tomorrow is the big bay, the Spinal Cord Stimulator will be put in. Docs office told me 5-6 weeks before I can return to normal, more like as normal, life as I can. Needless to say...**** hit the fan. Heater valve went out on the Explorer. Replaced it and the t-stat. Truck now has heat, is running "normal" temp according to the gauge and my scanner....but the hoses and radiator are between 90-130*. Mentioned it having heat....blast furnace at all times. The blend door actuator went out. Back bolt on the thing is a b*tch to get out....even more so when you have pseudo gout & arthritis in your hands and you drop your only 1/4" drive ratchet and 8mm socket behind the heater box. Oh well...going to have to wait until the doc gives me the OK to resume living...:rofl::rofl::rofl:....if I don't laugh I will scream...

Sucks having to work on vehicles cuz you have to. Feels better working on a vehicle when you want to.
Hope things get better Doug.

Well LOL if it makes you feel any better, but the Cummins/ RAM and the junk Dakota have leaky heaters. I ruined the gasket on both their rad caps to run the systems without pressure. No idea yet, how "this will work" in hot weather. And ever since I fell off the therapy girl's table and broke those ribs, my back has been toast. Add to that, I don't have, and can't find a doctor I trust. The last one(s) were an outfit of NP women, and screwed me good. When I asked to see a "specialist" about my back they sent me to "Restored Horizons" which is nothing more than an anti tobacco and opoids counceling place. The person there who saw me was also an NP and had no effin idea what to do with me. SHE actually asked ME "if I wanted to get xrays."

Don't you just love medical "professionals"?

Least the anesthesiologist wont have to work hard at putting me under...got about 90 minutes of very light sleep...one of the many things about my mental health is I sleep very lightly...and if I have any anxiety I don't sleep...
