the UPS store should have also offered you insurance. ( even with it its a PITA!!! ) because they will Always blame your packaging. only way around it, is to pay them to package it...…
I agree. Unfortunate situation for everyone but as stated I'd never tell a customer they are basically screwed. There is ALWAYS a work around to get things done.
