The box was torn a bit so I taped some thicker cardboard to the inside of the box to hold it together better. There was probably a week's time in between opening and packing back up so I may have missed some foam as they mention. But I did add peanuts I had from some other shipments. As noted I should have done a better job of packing. I'd just expect a vendor to be more helpful in retaining a customer. I've done it a million times in th ecollision industry. It isn't about kissing a customers butt... It's just about finding a way to make it happen.
