Which fan
These notches were used with the bubble top radiators. The clutch length *might* be for a cast iron water pump.
Clean the them up with soap and water. part number is either ink stamped or die stamped depending on the year it was made.
Shop manual has all dimensional info for the fan that belongs on '74 360 and matching options.
The important thing will be diameter and blade size that will work with the radiator (and shroud if present).
