Bronze gear necessary??

trouble following your post... but.... are you saying I shouldn't use the crane gear after it's been run about 3k miles on the bronze gear? Comp cam tech told me no issue, their cam wouldn't have a wear pattern with the bronze, but rather the bronze would be worn from their cam.
