This Dan Bruley has more issues than I can count. He screwed alot of people out of money and is hopefully in jail or getting help.
If you do a search of "Bruldan" it has been going on for many years.
He was even trying g to sell a convertible with NO title.
No title on old cars happens all the time. Run the vin thru the local or state police and make sure it’s not stolen, get a bill of sale and go on your merry way.
that said, has anyone notified Federal and local law enforcement about all this?
