I'd make a joke about Mexico being a third world country and just getting a rim clamp machine, but that looks very dirty.

I just bought that almost exact model (RC-15) from my shop owning friend that bought a brand new one.
Mine's been rode hard too.
The big game changing advance is that the bead bar never touches the rim, meaning no scratches and possible rust issues later.
It also eliminates the potentially wrist breaking action of the bead bar slamming around to the end of travel after it pries the bead past the point of no return, under extreme resistance.
