Cut outs...I would like to hear pros and cons.
With this ^^^^^^^^^^kind of free flowing exhaust system , why would you even worry about adding them ?
Mine looks just like it/them , except they are 3 1/2'' all the way , with no cut outs , and home made muffs. , it s loud ,but not irritating to me , maybe passers by ------------
