If what you have is a shelf cam, the number should be on the cam and the box.

Your probably right , the cam is stamped on rear of it U2225 ,,and box shows only Check Competition Catalog #106A ,,box is falling apart , its been on my shelf for over 10 years ,, it came off ebay so I am relying on what seller said , I hope comp cams can answer what its application is
