Convince me to not use this carburetor.

A 500 CFM 2 barrel carb is too big for a mild street driven slant six. It has poor low speed driveability, unless you have a high stall converter (or stick shift), and high numerical rear gears. A 500 CFM vacuum secondary 4 bbl would work better. If you want a 2 bbl a Autolite 2100 or Holley 350 would be better. I would be leary of the Chineese copy cat 2100.
My engine was remanufactured and bored over and was rebuilt with stock specifications. It has 2000 miles on it. The ignition distributor is a high performance with a flamethrower coil, it is a high rev 7500 rpm model. I will be installing a new intake, Clifford shorty's, and a carb.
