340 cam

Many years ago I used Crower cams with some regularity.

Often times if they didn’t have what I wanted on the shelf(which for mopars was pretty much always), the cam would show up like that one, with only a serial number on it.
No part numbers, no grind numbers...... just the serial number.

Call Crower, they might be able to tell you what it is based on that number.

If they can’t, and you’re handy with a degree wheel..... when you have a short block to put it in...... 10mins of taking some measurements....... and you’d know exactly what it was.

If someone local has a “cam doctor”, that’s another option.

If none of those three options works for you....... put it back on the shelf and order up exactly what you want for the build.
I do plan on contacting Crower about cam , I also plan on getting someone better qualified than myself to check it closer for wear as it was boxed in a comp. cam box and sold as such , so before I do a build with it , its going to be checked better
