Glovebox service maintenance certification card - 1967

It looks like vinyl flooring or seat material, where on the column was it?

I have a letter from Chrysler from 9-1970 stating that it was no longer required to use only Chrysler authorized maintenance and repair to keep your warrant in tact. That would suggest that 70 would be first year not to have them. I would assume if you have a 68,69 glove box door and it has 4 holes in about the same location it had one, no holes would suggest it didn't have one.
I think it was wrapped over the expanded sheet metal or the wire cable itself right next to it. I didn't pay it much attention until it was on the floor. LOL.

You're right, it could be some sort of early vinyl for floors or ? The backing is not very flexible - some sort of built up paper or fiber mix.
This car still has a newspaper clipping taped to the sunvisor. "What to do in case of an accident." That I'm not as partial to as the remnants of the Bola Tie Society of Arizona sticker. But I can't be troubled to remove it and then deal with the old adhesive.
