1964-66 (top) definitely had 2 stacks: one for an oil breather and one for a 90 degree metal EGR valve. The rubber EGR grommet cover was a 67+ (bottom) piece. Also the C.A.P. (clean air package, --California) had a nipple on rear of air cleaner and oil breather for a connecting hose like the '67 motor has. Different part numbers
