1973 Duster Build

Well I thank you all for the kind words. No show car but not a brown bomber anymore. Rough couple of weeks for me so the positive comments are good.

young man I work with took his life, my daughter hit a rough patch, 3 of my kids were down with the flu. Been having neck pain for quite a while now. Finally saw the doc. News is shitty. He isn’t sure how I am using my arms and hands as well as I am without numbness. Pain, just pain. Headed to see another doc for some epidural steroids.

67 440 remains in machine shop hell. I have to go through all the parts and make a new list. Lol

Car is looking great. Sorry to hear about the rough times. I completely understand. My household was sick from New Year’s Eve till almost the end of February. One person after the next including my 15 month old son which I was very upset about. I would up getting the flu and was out of work for a bit so now I’m playing catch up on all he bills. My 20 year old son is going through some things as well so that’s stressful. You are one of the few I have respect for and kind of wish I could be more like. Well wishes to you and yours.

:( I'm very sorry for the loss of your friend. Been there, done that twice....and it's awful. Hang in there man. The kids will get better, and hopefully the Doc can get you some relief. That good woman you're fixing the Duster up for will be right there beside you, and you don't seem to know "quit"....so you'll get thru it.

Not sure how to spin this photo....spent yesterday with my number one. Cold!

The world record large mouth bass (which held for nearly a century) was named Lucy by the angler that caught it. I call anything larger than 20" Lucy. 18" to 19.99" I call Bertha. That one looks like a Bertha.

18.5 inches. Should have weighed it but the lake has a slot so we tossed it back and could weigh for event.

Sorry for your loss. Hope you are better with the neck. My spinal cord is compressed bad at C4/5 and 5/6 with no movement of vertebra. Just knowing is half the battle.

wish you the best.

So I’m up here in NYC fighting the COVID battle. Left the wife and kids with some **** to do. I’d say the wife did ok on these. She delivered some parts on a 360 build and thinned out the list of **** that needed done around the house I couldn’t get to before I left. Be safe, wash your hands.

We are providing medical support to the East Coast. Makes for some looooooong days. Do want you can to stay away from sick folks and wash your hands.

Well wifey continues to kick **** in the teeth at the house. Homeschooling kids, new roof, maybe some concrete work in the way. Been all over the northeast and settled back into NYC. Things are looking better for now. She picked up interior for Duster....got 67 440 back from machine shop fitted with some KB 237 pistons. 360 is done. Needs picked up. Carb and a mates to the 904 and it will be on the market. Unless I find another stray Mopar.....

What? You didn't get to sail out on the big white ship?! Hang in there, and thanks for all you do. I get the big Q Tip jammed up my nose into my brain on Wednesday to be tested. A guy at work tested + yet is asymptomatic, so the company is testing any of us who want to be. My eyes are watering sitting here thinking about it....lol.

Medicine is our family business. You can self swab if you want and the swab only needs to go up your nose about an inch, but you need to do both nostrils. If your nurse tickles your brain, they are just being a masochist.

In name only!
The only thing Chrysler ever built that won’t rust away since the whole skin is stainless steel

Look what the wife picked up out of the machine shop while I was gone! 67 440 with some new KB slugs and a nice little street 360 ready to finish, fire, run, and sell.....unless I find a hood to shut on it!
