Slant 6 Spark Plug Question

What spark plugs do you use? Do you remove the washer? If so, how do you remove them? Can you buy spark plugs without a washer?

Also just wondering what would happen if I took out the tubes and only used spark plugs with a washer? What is the reason for the tubes?

This is for a 1965 Doge Dart GT

Spark Plugs for Slant Six?

You can't eliminate the spark plug tubes because those holes are open to oil; that's why there are seals on them. Before you replace your plugs, you may want to get a set of drool tube seals. See the link below:

Do you leave the spark plug washers on? If not how do you remove them?

Wire snips if they don't twist off with your fingers.
