Star adjuster missing locking plate?

I replaced my rear drums, shoes and springs today too. Was nearly 60F here. Felt great to work in the garage with the doors open and tunes cranking. :) Just gotta connect the rear e-brake cables to the main cable and the old girl will finally have a complete brake system.
