Get Vin Tag Painted

You're right, but I think the O.P. is talking about the V.I.N. tag that is on the dash attached with two rosette rivets visible through the driver's side of the windshield.
It should be low gloss black with ''Chrysler Corporation'' with a pentastar under the numbers in white.
The ECS transfer would be correct if the tag itself is repainted and the decal is added............
