Dang, that would make a sweet hot rod! 2 doors, big wheel wells, and great lines for a 2 tone paint job. I can see the flames coming off the hood and fenders now!

Yeah, I had a 48 Ford, very similar body style. Love that look for sure. Lends itself well to a flame job.

I recently purchased this 40 Plymouth Deluxe Coupe. My son found it on Facebook market place. The guy didn't have a title for it so no one wanted to deal with it. I contacted him and struck a deal that if I could pull a title I would buy it. It took a while but I was able to get a clean Michigan title! I'm currently building a nice old school 340 to drop in it. 65'

Nice! My 47 Dodge 4 door will be getting a 340, A500 and 8.75 sure grip with 3.55 gears

That's what I have, it's a 2 seater! They used to put the salesman samples in the trunk when they used to do door to door sales! 65'

I got ahold of Jeremy and he sent me some photos. The drivetrain came from a 360 Dakota. Even use the dash and the steering column. When the check engine light comes on he gets his scan tool out and diagnosis the problem.
