We'll se if it exceeds the 36,000 that die each year from the common flu. I bet not. And I hope i'm right.

exactly what I've been sayingI suggest it may be lawsuits. Someone goes to an event and gets this crap and dies. There are legions of money hungry lawyers to exploit that.
Or...you can fill in the rest.
Agreed just announced here in Ontario Canada that all our public schools will be closed for an additional two weeks to contain the spread. I have never seen this kind of response to a virus before.People keep comparing it to the flu. It's not the flu. It's more contagious then the flu. Still much unknown about it.
True, but we all know what I was implying. If you are healthy, take care of your self and watch out for things as in your every day life, I don't feel it will be any worse than another flu or cold. If I should happen to contact it( feel certain to beat it), I'll let all know.
YepThe impact of this virus is going to be astronomical, between the loss of income for all of the support staff at all of these events and leagues being postponed or cancelled, the financial losses from the stock market turbulence, income lost by those who are affected or have family members fall ill and have to miss work for 2 weeks or more, and the obvious loss of lives. I expect it will take years before the true costs may be known, if ever.
