I take that as a big positive. Obviously the foundry didn't deliver the quality that TF requires and they didn't screw around to try to make them work. Send them back and make them do it right. I wish my company would be willing to do that more often, but for them time to market is king. I'm dealing with multiple issues from our suppliers where they haven't delivered to the print and we try to accommodate their crap.
