Rear leaf spring Question 74 Dart
Somebody with more 15 inch wheel experience should speak up, but I'm pretty sure you won't get 7 inch wide wheels into a hardtop without moving the leaf springs in. The Torq Thrusts would be bitchin' - a vintage wheel that fits the car! The other thing you might consider is a set of Magnum 500 road wheels. Chrysler offered then that year though not on that car.
