Hmmmm. The wheels in my head are spinning again

I'm getting ready to tube the block for my stroker build, MP kit is long gone obviously.

I'm looking at .032 wall copper, seems sufficient in my head. Anyone want to chime in with what they use?

The only thing I can add is I hope you have I hone, I didn’t. I ran the 9/16 drill bit through the galley and tried to team it some with the drill bit and I still had to BEAT that 9/16 tubing into the galley the last few inches. If it was aluminum there’s no way it would have taken the abuse that stainless did. I will use the 9/16 on another block I have sitting here because it is already machined. Then it will be back to 1/2 inch house copper tubing for me (5/8 outside) as it is easier to work with.
