Replacement tractor

 Nice! Does the loader bucket detach like a skid steer? Flip 2 handles and back out from under it? That sure makes it easy to attach pallet forks or a hay spear. Load the rear tires if they aren't already!

Yes, skid steer style bucket. Need to by another hay fork for it. Came with rear tires filled with beet juice. Heat, A/C and stereo.

I have the small Kubota 18hp 4x4 with the bucket and mower. Its perfect for a small wooded yard like mine. 4 acres.

Its light, and most importantly doesn't have enough power to bend or brake anything.
I've used New Hollands in the 35 to 80hp range and they were tough as well. Also a grey market Branson 35Hp. The Branson was a beast and without a doubt the best bang for the money.

This is what I use here on my farm. Incredibly useful for everything.

I agree, but, I doubt a Case or a John Deer from today will be around in 70 years ether. Just not built to the same standards.

Exactly and they should be. It's a tractor, for God's sake. Tractor. Tractor. Tractor. A tractor should last forever. Mine is 72 years old now and I can go out, pull the choke, hit the starter button and it'll pop right off and go to work. All the sheet metal is still good. Everything still works.

I know some of you folks wouldn't call this a tractor, but it does everything I could imagine.

oooooo I shudder. It's a tractor less than 10 years old still workin. What a miracle. Post back when it's 60 and let's see what you got.

You know I'm kiddin....and not. I know they're nice. Kubotas aren't bad. They actually work. It'll do more than mine will. I love those Birch Trees! Wish they'd grow down here.

Here's longevity........It's how Kubota got it's reputation, and why I bought another. I will ad though, the new one is not the same machine as the old!

Same with my Farmall Super M, only reason I wanted something newer was I’m old and wanted a cab with heat when I’m digging out in the winter

I have a 49 Ford 8N and it does everything I could ever ask and then some. No way in HELL would I ever buy a non American tractor. I would stick with something older and American.
Lol, I saw a lamb in a bikini driving a tractor, it was a lambikini.......

Purchasing a tractor is a serious investment, so value for money is one of the key factors when choosing one. At the same time, today, the equipment market is saturated with many brands, brands, and models of tractors, making it difficult to choose and turning decision-making into a really difficult task. It is well known that the cheapest thing is not always the best. This statement can be fully attributed to agricultural machinery. Still, there are places where you can get high-quality used plant & machinery for an affordable price, and the only thing you need to do is make the right choice.
