We had spaghetti with sweet sausage that was part of our Christmas gift from my son. He is the main sausage maker at the butcher shop. Has been experimenting with recipes and grind texture. This one was labeled ‘Alex’s perfect grind sweet sausage’. Was REALLY good. :thumbsup:
