Thanks to seeing your post I remembered South Carolina always bans the sale of alcohol during emergency declarations (Hurricanes) as well as during any elections, among other generations ago blue laws in many counties. Guaranteed to be a ban sooner than later as the hours pass so I just did what needed doing.
