Dual plane to single plane track test in the works
Only one way to know for sure.
Too many intangibles for it to be any other way.
I had a 360 motor on the dyno last spring.
Way less head, way smaller cam, smaller dual plane intake than yours.....made peak tq@4800.
At 5000, the Weiand may not have surpassed the RPM, and the RPM may allow the motor to get a better run at the converter.
The only way to know how it will play out is to try it.
