Locking gas cap

Lol.
I helped out in a gas station, and alot of people locked the brand new Stant gas caps and couldn't work the keys. We also had to open them up when they got towed in with no gas.
We had the Odd/Even plate numbers for gas rationing and lines went on forever. Crazy times.
