Just curious what is everyone stocking up on? Here it is dry foods, a bit of TP and beer! What you hoarding:rofl:

Already have a good stock of
Hamburger meat
Soups
Tender loins
Vegetable.
Need more of list..
Beer
Bourbon
Dog food
Clothes detergent
Water

Nothing. I tend to keep things on hand and ahead just for times like these, full pantry, full upright freezer plenty of water, even dog/cat food....can't forget the 4 legged friends. I pity the people that need to buy ammo right now, wow, the gouging going on is ridiculous.

I am still trying to wrap my head around the TP fetish.

Down here we always have abundance of bottled water and canned goods. And of course coffee for me.
We just have usual amount of paper products. Hope everyone stays safe.

yup, not stocking up on anything
the way we generally run the house is as follows...food stays upstairs on hand, with a back up downstairs in the pantry
when upstairs runs out, whatever is downstairs gets brought up and then goes on the shopping list
i got 6 people through 3 generations living in my house and so we generally buy in bulk anyway (yes, that includes TP, we have 4 bathrooms and so i generally buy a 48 pack and put a 12 pack in each bathroom)

a for ammo, i only use 4 rounds (for ease of access all handguns are chambered in the same calibre) and i have at least 1000 rounds of each

either way, i fully expect this to be under controll in a month or so (which is a step down from my previous assessment that i thought everything will blow over in a week or two)

nothing. the house has the same amount of things in it as a normal day. unless you count a parts 442 olds and all the lil red express truck parts i have in the basement..lol

not a damn thing. the government will take care of everything I need
bahahaha
yeah right
just a normal day at home and the plant.
I've lost a little weight since I stopped hitting the drive thru tho

Just to avoid having to go out and mingle with the masses trying to find medications, we’ve tripled up on twin packs of Dayquil and NyQuil, big bottles of Tylenol and packs of pseudoephedrine. Still seeing well stocked shelves for that stuff strangely, especially considering the symptoms and longevity of them being mentioned. That’s the only stuff we ever use anyways for any respiratory symptoms we encounter. 8 cases of Beer just in case there is any ban nonsense during an emergency declaration here. Got to have that while tinkering with the Mopar fleet, having bonfires, yard work etc. Ingredients to make bread vs dealing with possible empty shelves. Not much else different or more anything than our usual in stock items!

Whew, now is a bad time to be buying ammo, Cheaper than Dirt is up to their usual shenanigans in charging 3 times the normal price. 5.56 is a buck a round right now, that's nuts! They are no friend to gun owners.

I was joking about the Ammo.
My hunting rifles were stolen about 30 years ago and I never replaced them because I prefer Archery hunting . Traded my 9mm and my 12 Gauge at some point .... couldnt hit the broadside of a barn with a shotgun and realized my kids were not meant to handle a handgun after watching them shoot . Too many video games I think.
Not sure what all the guys I know will do with the 50,000 rounds of ammo they have stockpiled for doomsday ? Lol

LOL lots of UPS trucks with this on it around here!

Usually have enough food for a month. Checked cold and flu meds, as well as wine. Live on a lake so fresh fish and water are always on hand. Invested in lead, not gold. Just 2 of us here. Best of luck to all.

Hopefully stockpiled ammo will remain a conversation piece. And solace to those who own it.

Local sporting goods store sold out of ammo in 1 day !
Too many people watching zombie movies !

If I need an arsenal there at least 20 people stockpiling one for me .... they just dont know it ! Lol

Picked up an extra box of .30 Remington.
Keep in mind, if the water company employees dont show up, the virus wont be our only problem. Bacteria could easily kill more of us, so that is the kind of meds I bought a little extra of.

Not necessarily stocking up. I have a family of 5 and we go thru some groceries lol I got some extra can foods and some stuff to make more homemade meals I got stuff to make soups and stews. I have 3 deer in the freezer and probably 80 lbs of beef left we should be good on meat. I always keep a good supply of ammo just in case however I did buy a couple extra 100 rounds of 556. The only thing I bought that I normally dont buy is I got flour and yeast to make homemade bread just in case there is a long term shortage on bread. You cant find buns bread or rolls anywhere around here. And tp of course  we have like 3 rolls left. I guess I will be resorting to wash rags in the near future.:bs_flag:

Why would you disagree about ammo @j par ? You have people fist fighting and stealing over toilet paper how do you think they will react if they run out of food? I'm not stocking up on ammo because I stay stocked up on ammo 24/7 365!
