New 408 build finally started

Just to give you guys an idea how much time is involved in this mod I ported for one hour steady today. The pinch started at .930 and is now roughed in to around 1.270 (1.300 when finished) I straightened the common wall some and as you can see started removing the bolt bulge when the hour was up. 95% of this was done with a short burr so although I did shape the pushrod wall it has a long way to go further into the port. May hands could probably only take doing about two ports a day when taking this much material out of each intake port. So I will be switching to exhaust port shaping each day when my hands start giving out. My Foredom grinder helps a lot but fringing is grinding.
