Who’s cooking for the weekend

C97A4E38-670E-4701-B60E-B12495BBC084.jpeg 3D19FC7B-7C74-416E-A626-77DDA21A492A.jpeg last weekend I made homemade spaghetti sauce (meat sauce) and 28 meatballs for meatball sandwiches. Today I made my “special concoction” I used to make for the guys in my Millwright shop.

7-8 pounds of hand sliced red skin potatoes, 3 pounds of Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa sliced in 1/4 inch slices, 2 white onions sliced, one stick Land Of Lakes butter, Garlic Salt. Cook in over till potatoes and onions are cooked, serve and season (sea salt or more garlic salt). Mmmmm good.
