Backyard Incinerator

that house is way older, has less square footage then mine, fewer beds and fewer baths...also less indoor parking and it sits on a lot 1/5the size of mine but they want more then 2 million dollars more then what mine appraised at?

AND ITS IN COMMIEFORNIA?
