@70aarcuda came to my house today, what a super nice guy with tons of knowledge.

I did a wet compression test today. Looks like rings on cylinder 2 and 3 aren't sealing as well.

I'm going to start disassembling the engine tomorrow because he is going to come back on tuesday to help me install the camshaft, lifters, springs, timing chain and valve seals.
