Thanks!
It should be on the radiator support, closer to the passenger side (right) lamp.
I believe this is correct stock location for 67-9 even though there are some non-stock things in the photos.

So the left side travel's over to the right side then up to rad support

That's how I remember it, but its been a while. My headlight harness is modified - did that before digital camaras were cheap.
let me see what the assembly drawings show.
Looks like location of the harness is up across the top (under the lip) and then grounds lead(s) drop down to screw.

For educational purposes, I've marked this up to explain better what I'm looking at. You can buy this book if you want from Faxon.

D in the box labeled Model is for 1968, L is Dart and the O indicate it applies to all versions.
But the Dart's front looks to have the welded cable clips marked 6 (in triangle) slightly different than the Valiant and Barracuda.
View X shows the welded clips across the 'radiator yoke crossmember ( E in square) get bent up to retain the cable.

Yep I got the welded clips,my park lights are grounded to each side of the rad support via screws, and there is an extra screw hole next to the right hand side of park light ground,I think that may be the spot,

Thanks for all the photos, are your 67 park lights ground to the grill?

I'll go check but I think the double wire is park and turn.

Its been interesting looking through the book. Hopefully somone with a 68 dart will see the thread and help out.
A couple more '68 illustrations I found since you asked about parking lights. Looks a little differnt than 67 dart
BK = Black, LGN = Light Green, T= Tan, * = tracer stripe.

Same as the 68 dart, short ground wire from park lights,to rad support looks like the headlight ground is attached there as well

Headlight/front harness ground is usually on the front side of the support about 1 foot in on each side.

Missing the grounds or a ground wire is the number one issue when troubleshooting relay kits I sell.
