Right now, none are available, so the only way to make grind is to cut, and grind primals, which is way more expensive. Getting complaints about the price, but can't be helped. It's either that way, or no ground beef at all.

Yep, they are grinding some better stuff than normal. Said yesterday was the first any ground beef actually stayed in the case for any time. Usually on orders or someone standing there waiting to grab it. My son also does all the sausage. Has actually increased sales since he modified the grind/recipes. So he gets pulled off of cutting to do that. He normally only works long hours during fair and deer season. This time of year is usually like a working vacation. LOL ... not this year.
