Weight loss and perseverance
Congrats brother! I had a weight loss journey myself a few years back when I went into the military - was 320lbs on the nose at 25 years old.
I'm obviously the heavy guy on the right - this was 2012 and 320lbs
This was a year later in 2013 right before I joined the USAF - at 178lbs
Went from a 44x32 relaxed fit to 32x32 and need to wear a belt to keep those up
Not stealing your thread - just saying I know how much discipline it takes - Keep it up man
